They never make him. I think it's something like the entrance can not be longer than two minutes or something like that. I know, it's pretty stupid. But at least they have the fire now!
The druids aren't consistant enough to put in his entrance. Though they've been happening off and on as of late, he hasn't been doing it for every match. They choose the entrance which is most common, and use that for the entrance.

The druids aren't always in his entrance so they probably won't have them in 09 but I bet any big mistakes they made in 08 will be fixed in 09.
they probably won't have Undertaker take off his coat in the entrances...at least not for a PS2 version.
i have none of them but i can tell u the r going to do something new with the game this year. i have said enough already.srry.
