Sports Physical??
I'm getting a sports physical this week and i was wondering if you have to have a parent with you to get one. Because only my sister (18 years old) can take me. My parents have work. And how much does it cost for a sports physical in michigan?

Signed release from your parent or guardian
The fee ranges from 15-30 dollars, so be safe and take 30 dollars with you. You would be fine for the Physical if you were living on your own, but since your under your parents care you need that release.
I don't think your parents have to come. Just bring a signed note saying that it's okay just in case - or call the office and ask. as for how much - don't know I live in CA.
Well, you can ask some one who drives the same direction as you are supposed to go.
