A couple of months ago, I had a couple of absolutely sublime s'mores around a campfire, next to a lake in Maine, during peak autumn color! The marshmallows must be perfectly and slowly browned--no burning!--and the grahams and chocolate must be ready to receive the perfect marshmallows immediately in order for the chocolate to melt. Mmmmmmmm...
traditional over the fire or melt some marshmallows and chocolate in the microwave? i did the latter recently and it still worked. been craving them actually.

I can never get my chocolate to melt, but I love roasting marshmallows
