I'm a little uncomfortable with the size of my legs. I'm doing volleyball next month and I have to wear spandex. I just want my legs to look a little better.
Not bad enough for people to say, "Ew look at her thighs."
Bad enough to make me feel uncomfortable.
P.S. My legs are super muscular, which I hate, so is there any possible way to lose the extra flubber without getting any more muscular. And I can't stop eating or become bullemic. That's just against my personality structure.
Update:I can't run anywhere and I have no stamina.

You cannot spot reduce fat. Your body decides how it distributes fat, the only thing you have any control over is your body fat percentage. Looking muscular happens as you lose fat, and being more muscular happens through strength training. Losing fat won't cause you to be more muscular, but you will look more muscular. Depending on your genetics, you may not be able to lose fat in your legs without looking more muscular elsewhere, you'll just have to try and see what you look like.
Personally, I wouldn't worry about looking muscular. You're never going to look like a body builder without training like one, and you're never going to look like a man as long as you don't take steroids. If you're really wanting to lose fat but not build muscle, however, just do some walking or light jogging on flat terrain. Running in general is not a muscle building exercising, but if your goal is to avoid building muscle at all costs, then avoid sprinting and running up hills as they might cause you to build a small amount of muscle.
I think this goes without saying, but make sure you have a healthy diet as well.
You don't have a gym near you where you could run? Either on track or treadmill? This would be the number one way to make legs look sleeker and slim. If you are really serious about wanting to work on your legs, running would be best. If you don't have good stamina that's why you work at it. You should start running for 10-15 minutes and adding an extra 2-3 minutes every few days.
You could buy DVDs that use a lot of lower body use. You could use a stationary bike, which is what I do every night for 40-60 minutes, and 20 minutes of Hiit training every morning. I also want to slim my legs and I'm going to start run/walking next week.
good luck.
run a lot
