Well not really because Atlanta is planning for his contract to expire next season so they can sign a good free agent. If this wasn't the case I still wouldn't make this trade because the Rashard Lewis contract is just WAY to much for a player like him.

The magic dont need another PG, the already have another good one in jemeer nelson

Lewis is also a bit overpriced for his worth, a good ourtside shooter, but thats not the hawks need. they need another presence down low.
