USB Port on Laptop?
I ordered a laptop through Dell, and it's my first one and this is going to sound stupid, but, they come with a USB port for me to plub my camera and iPod into right ? Also, my high speed internet through my cable company, until I get a router for my wireless internet, I can just plug it into the lap top right?

Yes, a dell laptop will definately come with USB ports. Most probably 2-3.
You might want to consider buying a USB mouse, it makes using a laptop so much easier.
All modern pc's and laptops have usb ports, multiple ones.
They also have network jacks which you can use to plug into the cable modem for network access.
You should be fine.
Most laptops now come with USB ports and yes they will work with your camera and ipod once you have installed the drivers/software for them.
Modem is the same once you install the software for the modem it will work too.

in case you do take place to have a MacBook Air, do not hear to those human beings. you will discover the MBAs ports (inclusive of USB, of direction) at the back of a door on the excellent hand element in direction of the back of the gadget.
