went into preterm labor @ 34 weeks?
Im now 35 weeks.
I went to the hospital at 34 weeks because I was bleeding. I was given a test to determine if i was in preterm labor and it came back positive.
I was told i was 1cm dilated and that my cervix is really really really soft.
Was given medicine to stop contractions and was sent home at 35 weeks.
Im now not taking any meds and I was told to take it easy. The doctor said if the baby comes, she comes.
Was wondering if anyone had anything similar and how long after did you go into labor?

The same exact thing happened to me. Although, I was having contractions. They gave me a medicine to stop the contractions (but it's only good until 36 weeks). I started working part time and then just went on maternity leave because I wanted to try and make sure that I made it as long as I could. I ended up making it to my scheduled c-section (he was breech) at 39 weeks.
My biggest suggestion is to take it easy.
