Zari, how can South Africa beat Australia when they can't beat the West Indies in their own back yard.
To others who say Pakistan, how can this be possible when Pakistan can't beat India.
To those who said a subcontinent team will do it, well Sri Lanka had their chance and lost, India have lost the first test and will lose the series, Pakistan series may be cancelled and Bangladesh have no hope in hell of beating Australia.
England were thrashed 5-0 and New Zealand aren't the same as when they last played and pushed Australia, and Zimbabwe well less said the better.
No the only team that could push Australia would be a World team, but we all know what happened last time they played.
Maybe an Australian A team could play against Australia, could happen if the Pakistan tour is cancelled.
Well the way Indians are performing right now it will be impossible for them to stop Australians.The teams that can stop Australia is South Africa or Pakistan(we will see in 2008).Because these teams have some really good players such as follows.

For now, I dont think anyone will be able to stop Australia - until they tour India next year. That will be their biggest test. The Aussies got the victory in a tight series last time they toured, and if India can play to their full potential, tehn it should be a cracking series, one that could potentially rival their series in India in 2001.
Ofcourse Indians can stop Australia,they have the players but they simply dont apply their skills rather they take it very casually ,Indians should have been much more smart or atleast they should try to fight untill the last breath,only Sreesanth is the player who looks the man for it atleast as a bowler.Call him back and see what happens?
He at the moment has the weight of his nation on his shoulders..he will be expected to come out at sydney and put on the same performance as he did down here in melbourne...i think the batsmen have to pull their fingers out and help their captain...he cant stop the aussies on his own...

India has a good chance. India is best when its hurt. But India is not just hurt, its humiliated. I'm looking fwd to the next test
well if india couldnt stop us the next best chance would be for south africa to hav a shot....although id rather see us keep winning forever...
