I've been running track for over 10 years now and i've loved every minute of it.
Running track is the best way to stay in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle for everyone, even if you don't want to become a professional. It is just so fun going to different places, meeting new people, friends, rivals, enemies. Finding new workouts to do, getting better at a new event. Its just all so much of a great feeling to experience.
I love how we track athletes have to be fast, strong, quick, agile and calculated. It is such a demanding sport where only the strong survive long enough to win a difficult race.
I coach track now because i love it and i want to help athletes get to the next level. But more importantly: to teach them a healthy life style and teach them that win or lose, you have to love what you do, or there really is no point.
Weightlifing is a great sport as well, its a good way to maintain a strong mind, body and it helps you stay fit in alot of aspects of life as well. So Yes, i am a big fan of that too.
there isn't something like going to a airborne dirt and dust race. automobiles sliding around the turns and battling 3 or 4 huge. The flying of airborne dirt and dust into your face and beer. there is often action someplace on the music. a airborne dirt and dust music is a drivers music. With changing music circumstances a driving force must be up on the wheel adjusting their automobiles to distinctive grooves on the music. The positions are continuously being traded.
