Why do girls look deep into guys eyes?
this girl I liked for a long time hung out with me in my room. we were talking on the bed and I tried to kiss her, but she didn't kiss back. I apologized and she said its no problem
We continued to talk about random stuff and she leaned on my stomach/chest. she was looking me straight in the eyes even when I wasn't looking the entire time. (15 minutes) But, most of the time I was looking at the ceiling, or having my eyes closed as I talked about random high school memories
she didnt kiss me after that either
she had even stated she didn't want a relationship with any guy like ever

She was trying to connect with you but you didn't connect back. You also made the mistake of apologizing after she didn't accept your advances---which is a very wussy move by the way because that shows you did something wrong---which you didn't.
Overall, you screwed up.
It means she likes you just a friend and that if she doesn't want a relationship with any men then she could quite possibly be a lesbian.
