Im only 15, so it cant be aging. I was wondering if it was maybe because I'm growing. I've never had a problem with this very much. Write back if you know. Thanks.
Update:When I mean arms, I mean elbows, and occasionally but very rarely shoulders. Sometimes it has been around my knees, but not in a while.

What part of your arm are you referring to? Shoulders? Elbows? Wrists?
It could be from growing. OR if you play a lot of sports, you may have air pockets in your cartilage. I have the same problem. When I was growing up, I was in gymnastics, and once I got into middle school I started playing softball and soccer. From all of the high impact activities, I have a deterioration of cartilage in my shoulders and knees.
You can try taking glucose... it helps your body produce cartilage and keep your joints lubricated. It's a vitamin that can be bought over the counter.
If the problem persists, or if you start to feel pain, you may want to visit the doctor. The doctor may prescribe and anti-inflamatory or something that will help with joint pain.
Hm, sure I do to an quantity. For something, I'm a sucker for men with muscular tissues! If there are such a lot of that it is bizarre watching or distracting, than I'm no longer enormously attracted. But if I like a man, that may not hold me away.
