I used a little bit of it and forgot to refirdgerate after opening it. It was a couple days ago. It smells fine and doesn't look/smell spoiled. Im famished and wanna make some food and i dont wanna waste an entire jar of Alfredo sauce. Can I still use it without being sick???

Not a good idea. Food does not always smell nor look "bad" for it to BE bad. The general rule of thumb is food should not be unrefrigerated longer than 2 hours. Otherwise, bacteria is given enough "time" to begin doing its nasty thing!
Best to just cook up the fettuccine, eat IT, and toss the sauce in the trash.

A couple of days is too long. Unless you're talking about foods which smell obviously bad when they go bad, like fish or milk, it's a mistake to assume that just because something smells alright it is fine to eat, especially if it's something containing dairy ingredients like Alfredo sauce. These things never do well outside the refrigerator once they've been opened, especially not for 2 days in the summertime. Bacteria can multiply rapidly at room temperature and you can't see or smell them. You'll only know about them when you have food poisoning and a severely upset stomach. Throw it out and be more careful with the next jar you buy.
