*doesn't like war in Iraq, wants to withdraw troops( I like that idea, us being in there has made things worse, not better)
(Mccain wants the opposite)
*Raise minimum wage
*Create new home loaning laws
*small buisinesses successful
Terrorism
*more security at hazardous sites
*evacuation family plans
* anti-terrorism & security programs
We did this with both john mccain and barack obama in my s.s. class, and most of the students agreed with obama's policis more, not even knowing they were obama's. A lot of these students were originally mccain supporters.

Hope I helped!
I'm sure he'll change foreign relations and help the war. At least, i hope so.
Yes, even bigger spending.... YAY. Pork, Pork, Pork. I want a piece of that pork. I am going to quit my job since obama is going to; put gas in my gas tank in my big red redneck dodge ram, he his going to pay my mortgage payment too, he is going to give me free health care AND all the foodstamps I could dream of. OMG, I am going to live large and lazy off all the taxes I have paid in for 20 years. WOOT.
I can't wait until Jan. 20th to guit my job. seriously... The next 4 years are going to an awesome party, no goals, no achievements, no accountablity, no working, no boss, WOOHOO. sweet change, how sweet it is.
Obama is basically the Clinton's little paperboy at this point anyway.
Obama can't even provide his authentic birth certificate and has to hire 3 law firms to tell the supreme court why he can't.... big shocker there.
His mother gave up his fake US citizenship when she went to Indonesia and married there. He was enrolled in the muslim school and listed islam as religion. She never had him naturalized as a US citizen when she divorced the indonesian guy and moved back to the US. Even when he was 20 years old and traveled to Pakistan (at that time, no US citizens were allowed into Pakistan) the passport he used was Indonesian, of course, because he was and is still an Indonesian citizen.
So ultimately he is an illegal immigrant living in the US right now.... OHDEEDOH that is just too much...it's hilarious, I love it.
This country is the best in the world, but the politics in this country is a joke! If you aren't corrupt.... don't run for office because that is the first qualification required to be a politician. He isn't even a US citizen and I am sure nothing will come out of that.... so who really cares anymore.
I think it is great that he got elected. Nothing to worry about because the way the government handles things, what could the US citizens ever do about anything anyway.
If I lived in a major city... I might be a little worried though since no doubt they will be the first targets, seeing how obama is cutting our missile defence first thing and then our military defence by 25% second thing. At least the Clintons and the Clinton staff (which he has chosen) will help a little.
I just sit back and drink some of this funky koolaid and all reality fades away... mmmmm tasty
The current financial crisis would have been temporary and we would have returned to the steady growth and job creation that we had through seven plus years of the Bush Adminstration with low interest rates, low inflation, and low unemployment.
The Obama Administration will change it to a permanent state of financial insecurity for most of the American middle class.
The poor and working class will never have the opportunity to become middle class.
Investment capital will dry up and interest rates will rise, making it harder for people to buy houses, cars and other goods, or to start or expand businesses, leading to fewer jobs and higher unemployment.
Not all change is good change.
If you remember the Morning in America commercial of Reagan's 1984 presidential campaign, you can look back at that with sadness.
Yeah he'll make a change FOR THE WORSE!!!!! He has proved to me, a teenager that he will be a socilistic and horrible president. MAYBE if he leans to the center and puts his Left wing wing loony past behind him he'll be alright but if he leans left I'm moving out of the country. He can talk a good talk but he can't walk the walk the walk.
There is nothing new about Obama, he has brought in a bunch of retreads from the Clinton administration and his entire campaign consisted of SAYING "hope" and "change"...people will learn just how expensive his "hope" and "change" will be someday. He sure has angered many of his supporters because he is beginning to walk in Bush's footprints.
WAIT UNTIL YOU'RE PAYING 75% FEDERAL INCOME TAX TO FUND THESE PROMISES.
He hasn't talked about cutting that much pork. THIS MEANS eliminating any aid to immigrants who move here. LIKE IS HIS AUNT. She's been living off of public housing and she's illegal to boot.
We've been paying for that. What give her housing over our vets?
NO, OBAMA WILL RUN US INTO THE POOR HOUSE EVEN MORE.
People who make money are leaving the US. They are tired of these types of freeloaders. I don't blame them.
There are always huge changes when a party-change takes place.
And this one will be even more significant, because the Bush agenda was horrible for the global economy. Within 2 years of our new Dem president, the entire world will begin to recover its former prosperity.
Cath- the McCain supporters were supporting him for the wrong reasons if they switched over to him. Most if not all of the original McCain supporters who switched did so because of Palin.
No, he isn't. This is painfully apparent in his current and definitely past actions and in actions. Saying that he will be better than Bush is blind ignorance, considering he brought in only Clinton insiders, Clintons, and a bunch of the Daley Machine. Welcome to Illinois, the new capitol.

My Social Studies teacher gave me a very useful guide. I will type this for you.
For eduacation, he wants to:
* Emphasize early eduacation
* Reform NCLB Believes poor schools should be helped, not punished
*Get parents more involved in children's eduacation
*Recruit good teachers and reward them
Personally, I don't like John McCain or Obama's eduacation policies at all
Environment
* reduce greenhouse gasses
*climate friendly technologies (government program)
*forest programs
*fuel efficient vehicles
Health Care
*lower health care for children
* better public health plans
War
*doesn't like war in Iraq, wants to withdraw troops( I like that idea, us being in there has made things worse, not better)
(Mccain wants the opposite)
*Raise minimum wage
*Create new home loaning laws
*small buisinesses successful
