I am a F/26 mother/wife.I need to lose a few pounds and a buddy experiencing the same would be great M or F.I started the b12 routine 11.13.2008 I go on Thursdays.I am a little bummed out this week my progress has been week 1 lost 4.8lbs week 2 lost 3.8lbs week 3 being the horrible Thanksgiving Holiday weigh in today +6lbs.I honestly believe the plan works but I can only be mad at myself with the gain when I was eating left over apple pie for breakfast for example and it gets worst from there.Now it's time to get back on a roll and some support along the way would be great.Interested leave response with email and I will respond to you and we can get started.Happy Weigh Ins..I mean Happy Holidays..

Did you know that B12 does nothing to help you burn fat and only increases your appetite? Do some research..... Also, don't email me saying that I am wrong without providing sold research from a valid source, because I can prove you wrong with solid research from a valid source.
Anyways, messing up for a day or two is not a big deal. Just keep doing what your doing
i found the e book to be very informative and common to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm merely in touch that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too immediately. i will admit i've got not accompanied the instruction manual precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet often) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden keeps flying off. It of course works and if i could accompanied it precisely i think of it may scare the living daylights out of me via quantity that i could lose. So thank you lower back for the education. i've got not bought something like this till now because of the fact they are often finished of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. get all started right this moment!
