Salicylic Acid.

I used salicytic acid and it really dried out my skin. I now use benzoyl peroxide, do not use the maximum strength, I use Neutrogena On the Spot. It is a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, most others are 10% which will clear it up too, but dries out your skin. 2.5% is enough.

Also just remember to exfoliate your skin good with a gentle cleanser, I use Oil of Olay, and to moisturize with a good oil free moisturizer.

I know this may sound kinda wierd, but a doctor told me to apply toothpaste to mine and surprisingly...it worked! Not alwaysovernight but it usually madea drastic difference. You can always spend a fortune on Proactive but with any face wash, it takes a while to work. Try using a gentle facewash daily such as Clearasil Daily Face Wash. It will prevent new and get rid of the old

i use face wash with salicylic acid folowed by a oil elimininating toner ... if your skin does start to dry out use a light moisturizer or sunscreen .. DO NOT put lotion on your face it clogs pores .. DO NOT sleep in your makeup nighttime is when your skin refreshes itself and makeup clogs pores.. and remember if you use a mask ( like a mud mask) be prepared to break out soon after with combo or oily skin since masks draw out all of your natural oils.

hey you know wat might help cutting down on sodas any thing with acid in it. Try the new oxy pads they work for me. if your skin starts to dry use light moisturizers so that your face can still breath
