Ok so my mom works with our landlord, and our landlord is and has been spreading rumors about my mom, about our payments. I know that our landlord should and is supposed to keep that confidencail. Though I was wondering if we could sue her for it, I mean techenically she is SUPPOSED to keep it confidencail, I just wanna help my mom because she seems fursated, and it's our landlords fault too.

P.S. we're keeping the house in better condition and cleaner than the last guy did, we're also paying earlier and about the right time, more than he did. If we can sue our landlord does anyone think we have a case though.
