When I grow up I want to be a CFO Accountant or a Computer Engineer, but I don't know which one to do. I really love math which made want to become an accountant, but to be a CFO requires a masters degree, experience, and hours of work. However, I heard you are more into your work, unlike most average jobs, and you can make up to $150,000 per year. For Computer Engineering, it requires a minimum of a bachelors degree, experience, and is the second highest paid entry level job with and average about $97,000. But, to be a great computer engineer you have to be up to date with today's technology. However, I'm not worried about how hard it will be and I want to make a lot of money when I graduate highschool, I just don't know which one of these careers will get me to make atleast over $100,000 faster. My high school has technical programs where I can get a certified license in computer engineering when I graduate, but I have had straight A's in my math classes forever and in all my other classes currently and is most likely for me to get into a great college for accounting. Which one of these careers should I choose?

You should choose the one you like the best. Money matters but sounds like both are fine in that area. Your going to spend 1/3 or more of your life doing the job so figure out which you like better. I also was choosing between those two(and others)...I went and visited a friend who was an accountant, showed me what he did... i didn't feel intrigued in the least......starting doing some programming and studying about computers, fell in love with it, chose Computer Engineering to major in......have really enjoyed it.
