Is there a way to reduce my cholesterol with out changing my eating habits? Or maybe changing a little bit but not all.
Exercise and high fiber. So add a bowl of fiber cereal or instead of juice (if you drink it), have whole fruit.
Niacin supplements are shown to reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol. Exercise will raise your HDL (good) cholesterol.
