you just gotta wash your face. try antibacterial soap such as dial, (its orange), and really hot water. i wouldn't wear makeup for the rest of the day. wash your skin at night as well. they should go away within the next couple days. you could also go to your local supermarket or shop and buy stridex pads or an acne solution for clogged poors. if the bumps are black, it means they are blackheads. white = whiteheads. find the product thats best for your skin.

The most effective thing I've found is making your own pore strips...It saves money and is quite fun to do :3

See if you have some unflavored gelatin and milk lying around and mix them together.

Put them in the microwave for 10 seconds and you're finished. You can watch the tutorial in the source...
