My computer had a blue screening problem whenever I would start up a game or youtube video within five minutes of starting my computer up. This time it happened to freeze which it has never done before and I had to flip off the power supply to turn it off and now when It boots I can't do anything, it takes forever to load any of my start up programs, my mouse is just the loading circle thing and windows explorer stops responding. It has the same effect when I boot into safe mode. I have a GTX 670 and an i5 3570k, I did a RAM diagnostic and it said no problems were found. Does anybody know what the issue is here?
Update:I did not overclock anything.

Scan for issues in safe mode with Malware Bytes, this is a selective start up and any infections will be dormant and easy to remove. I do this with any abnormal behaviour?
Did you overclock your processor, ram or both? I assume you have the 3570k cause you wanted to OC. If you did OC, then check your voltages.
