I'm running Windows XP Professional and I had just reformat the whole computer. Everything else is running fine as of now except for the control panel. Everytime I try to open it up, it'll show the window with the options displayed, but then I get a message saying that Windows Explorer has encountered an error and then closes the window. If you try it a second time, it makes the taskbar and all the icons on the desktop disappear for a bit and then they reappear. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Thanks. :)
