Huge summer potluck. What to bring? I hate taking a dish that nobody eats. There are always so many items that a lot of food goes untouched. Trying to think of something yummy yet unique enough to get eaten.

I hear ya! Everybody wants to contribute and then there's a ton of food that nobody eats! Here are some of my favorites, though:
1. Fresh Berry Trifle
2. Baby spinach salad with craisens, candied walnuts, feta cheese and Champagne Vinagrette
3. Antipasti Pasta Salad
4. Rice A Roni Salad

Sausage Rolls.
Get mini cocktail wieners and wrap them in puff pastry dough from the store (freezer dept). Brush with butter and bake. Serve with honey mustard dip.
