I am working with a Commercial Real estate firm and am working on their marketing. I have been conducting cold calls to corporations to try to get better known in the local public. I am working to put together some brochures for direct mail for these clients to introduce our-self's. My question is, from an outsider perspective what would you like to know about? I want to write these pieces to be based on a customer or a prospect view. What would you find interesting and captivating as a recipient of a letter from a commercial real estate firm as a business owner?

Make sure you don't have it to full of information.. Make your key points in bold and in color.. I worked for a company that we printed off loan programs we specified in, but we hand wrote the addresses on the envelopes.. We did 2000 letters per month per loan officer... The phones rung none stop.. Long story short.. Keep it short and simple
I would not be interested, if the brochure was full of spelling mistakes and improper grammar.
