so i'm going to the doctor to get blood work done because i think i have a vitamin deficiency. if anyone has any idea what might be wrong with me or anything comment because i'm totally scared.
sometimes in the morning as soon as i jump out of bed i get reallllly light headed.
i'm ALWAYS cold. i get goose bumps all the time.
i'm losing too much hair.. i know the average girl loses 50-100 stray hairs a day, but after showers i feel liek too much is falling out... aside from all the damage i do because of straightening.
i'm starting to think i'm lacking iron. especially because i don't eat red meat, or really any meat for that matter.

I can't think of a vitamin deficiency that would manifest as being cold all the time.
That can be a sign of low thyroid function (but also a very non specific symptom and could be a normal reaction).
You can get iron from many sources and a good varied diet with lots of fruit and veg and protein should prevent any deficiencies.
