I dont find them sexually attractive but I find them very cute and fun to be around, they are so talkative and have opinions on everything and they are so girly but yet again they are guys, its mysterious, i like them, i have a couple of effeminene gay friends and they are cool! :)
It depends on what you mean by that. I like people who are more neutral genderwise. Who are themselves, who express themselves as they like without trying to fit into gender/racial/cultural stereotypes. Having said that, there are things associated with certain genders that I hate, no matter who exhibits them.
Machismo and that girlygirl bs. It just feels so artificial and insulting to me as a human being to witness.
SO, sensitive guys, yes, stereotypical cheerleader seeming guys, no, not generally.

75% of the time I don't like it. Probably 15% of the time it can be attractive and the rest no difference.
I am attracted to men that are sure of themselves without proving how insecure or over-confident they are.

It can be attractive, but there gets to be a point where too much is a turnoff.
