Throughout the halls of our nations government, at the highest offices, are people who have dual citizenship. Some hold elected office, some are advisers, many are in positions that have high security clearance. My question is...why is this allowed at all, my concern is that inside our government are people with allegiances to other countries. How can that ever be in the best interest of our country, the United States. Why should taxpayer money be used to support this ill conceived idea, that to me and many others constitutes a national security threat?
Update:Wrong answer......I'm not advocating locking anyone up...I'm questioning the sensibility of allowing people access to sensitive positions in many cases of national security, that have another country's best interests at heat....it's a little like letting known spies work at the CIA.

Why would you challenge the allegiance of some citizens, without any basis for it? That's the same mentality that saw Japanese Americans locked up during WW2. Wrong then, wrong now.
