eBay Question foreign currency?
if you have a pay-pal account and can you buy something in another currency or will that not work? does it convert the money for you or what?

If you have paypal it will convert it for you.Be sure to know what the price is american before you bid.
You'll probably pay a small fee to convert the money to another currency. Most banks charge 2-5% or the total transaction, but I don't know about PayPal
