Not sure. Somebody probably reported you or you have been blocked by facebook. I'm guessing it's like an internet time-out. I'm not very familiar with this issue but try opening Google Chrome instead and logging in. If nothing works, google search this. Try deactivating it for like a day and then try. Hope this helps.
