There supposed to be world famous for there menu. I just came from there and theire food AND service SUCKS!! The food was horribly cold, flavorless, and the beans were way over-salted. The meat tasted rancid and they forgot to include Spanish rice in my order. I waited and waited for a server but he never arrived. I finally turned around and saw both of the waiters huddled in a corner by the register just starring at me. I asked if I could please order and they just laughed and said I had to order "over here". I walked over to the I area about ten- feet away and ordered. Before I got back to my table, literally, the food was ready but the rude waiter said "you have to pick the food up here" as he placed on the counter about there feet from me. The food was cold, hard and just plain miserable. never again!

It's a counter service place, not a full service restaurant. There's a menu on the wall, and you walk up to the counter and order, just like any fast food place -- there aren't waiters. There's even a sign above the counter that says, 'Place orders here'. It's not that difficult to figure out.
And you didn't get any rice because they don't have it, LOL. You didn't bother reading the menu, did you? It's just a little food stand with only a few items.
Sound like you were just having a bad day, not them.
