Alright so I am 15, 125lbs. but i would like to get down to about 115. This still keeps me in a good weight range. Anyway
I eat pretty well

so i think i do okay except for the candy. Do you think i should just cut out the candy and it will help me or what?
Update:ohh also i am pesco- vegiterian, and i dont really drink anything but water

nooo i think your eating and excersising fine, dont cut out the candy dont deprive yourself.

Seriously, drink about 10 oz of water or more before you get a meal. Trust me I'm a model, trying to lose weight now, and its working, also eat vegetables which promote bowel movements (gross but seriously) feces=weight. And thirdly, resist icecream.. Make a banana split w/ reg yogurt, bananas, and chocolate syrup lol. Hope that helps, good luck w/ your diet.
The candy is not so bad.
the thing i found helps the most, besides eating good and exercising, is cutting out all sodas and just drinking ALOT of water. Sodas can be the biggest "weight gainer thing" you can consume.
i noticed that when i stopped drinking it i lost weight.
