I do nothing from 5pm-9pm. I'm just watching TV eating chips or junk food everyday.
What excersice can I do everyday and what can I eat to lose 3-5 lbs a week?

Okay so it looks like you know what your problem is. STOP sitting around eating junk all day.! First off you need to go on a calorie diet. Eat HEALTHY & only eat 1200 calories a day (eat 4-5 small meals a day). & EXERCISE.!! You need to jog for 30mins a day or speed walk for an hour a day (you can break into 30mins parts) & do some carido. GOOD LUCK.!! (REMEMBER 1LBS = 3500 CALORIES! You need to burn more than your taking in.!) Oh & by the way if your having a craving for a snack buy the 100 calories snacks.! you can find them at your local grocery store in the cookie & junk food aisle OR eat Fruit.!!
p.s. JUT BECAUSE THEIR 100 CALORIE SNACK DOES NOT MEAN EAT THE WHOLE BOX.! ONLY HAVE A PACK WHEN REALLY CRAVING, MAYBE ONCE A WEEK.
For starters I would lay off the junk food. It is nothing but empty calories and is quickly stored as fat. Replace those items with healthier ones like fresh fruit. As far as exercising is concerned, do something each day that will get your heart rate up like walking. Don't give up!!!
