How can I lose 3-5 pounds a week?

I'm 5'5 and I weigh 168lbs and I'm a girl.

Chest-42 inches

Waist-38 inches

Hips-36 inches.

Yes, I have a very awkward body.(x

Horrible, I know, I'm overweight almost OBESE! D;

haha anyways i wanna lose 3-5 pounds a week and all-together lose 50 pounds! :D

I do nothing from 5pm-9pm. I'm just watching TV eating chips or junk food everyday.

What excersice can I do everyday and what can I eat to lose 3-5 lbs a week?
