Don't lecture me sayin I'm already healthy. I want to lose 30 pounds in 3-4 months. I want a tiny waist and a space between my legs , which I want to thin out along with my arms . I need a flatter tummy. I'm 5'4 129lbs. 29 inch waist..id like it to be 24 inches. I'm willing to eat little to nothing at all. I really want to get thin. Please be specific with excersizes and meals if you can thank you:)

I was in the same position. The way I overcomed it is to:
-Drink water before everything thing you eat, while you are eating, and when you are done eating.
-Eat a stalk of celery at night (it speeds up your metabolism)
-Get your 8 cups of water
-Try a new sport/activity (like swimming, running, ect.)
-Eat food in small utensils and plates (that way you are eating smaller servings, you put food slower in your mouth, and since it takes a bit longer to eat you would feel full quicker.)
-Ok this is gonna sound weird, but when you eat around the color blue you have a smaller appetite, so eat with blue plates, utensils, have blue clothes on, and blue table clothes
-An run a mile every week
These tips helped me go from 138 pounds to 104 pounds.
upper body workouts will boost your metabolism. so do incline bench and pull down lats. Do Curls for the biceps.
if you can run I would do running to. do sprints or simply jog. treadmill works. get a routine going.
Elliptical exercise machines work great too as do stepmaster/stairmaster. If you find a stadium you can do stairs the old fashioned way, step wise.
pounds come off.
