not as often as i used to, which was virtually every day. but that's bc now i rely more on my own imagination for sexual stimulation, i've also developed a bit of an interest in erotic stories. i dont look at porn as much as i used to, but i still think about nude girls every day.
Its fairly common for males to view porn. Once a day actually demonstrates some degree of self control, but for how long do you look at it daily? One movie? One hour? 5 Hours? Porn is a terror-able invention in my opinion. Viewing porn is a subtle form of adultery, and it's very addictive. It's the addictive part that always gets me. If at all possible I recommend not looking at it more than a couple of times a week, or not at all. You might find yourself to be much happier without it in the long run.
No, once a day isn't excessive, assuming it's not once a day, but for 12 hours. And I never look at porn.
