I'm 14 (girl) and looking to lose weight. I'm about 5'5 and weigh about 150pounds. I want to start off losing 15pounds. For the past week, I've been eating healthier and doing stupid exercises. I doubt the exercises are helping, I'm only doing the "100 workout" with a few other things in between. I got back surgery and I'm still not released to lift more than 20pounds or too much upper body activity. I am trying to get back in shape, but running and crunches are hard since I was inactive for so flipping long. Suggestions?

Okay, so you have the healthy eating down? Maybe..
Start with walking, you should walk a loooot. Also doing some core exercises (crunches, sit ups, etc)
Walk/Jog for 45 minutes a day and do some core exercises for 10-15 minutes. You could do more strength exercises but these are basic. After your body is used to walking get it in to jogging!
Do what you wish! Eat what makes you consider well, and make a addiction of running up to you'll be able to. At least four days per week, extra if I can have compatibility it in, I like to stroll one path for quarter-hour as quick as I can, then stroll again that speedily. It's cool to head just a little farther every day, however when you best cross so far as you probably did the day earlier than, you continue to win! By the way in which, in the event that they stroll with you, they will be too busy to pay awareness besides. If they do not, you will not be round them so there would possibly not be a must be embarrassed.
Were in the same boat here i guess! im 5'6 and 15 and weigh like 5 lbs more! Ive lost 10 already this summer but walking 3x a week at night for like 2ish miles. Loosing weight is hard. but my advice would be 1. eat less 2. no sweets (i love ice cream and its hard but worth it) and 3. exercise exercise exercise!
Like for me-i start school next thursday and i want to loose at least 5lbs because i have lifeguarding class! So i guess we'll be in this together! haha its so hard though you know? try walking/running. if you can bring yourself to wake up early-thats the best because its cool outside! be careful of your back! you dont want to hurt it trust me! goodluck girly <3 let me know how it goes!
crunches are upper body exercise and hard to do after back surgery and am sure the doc wouldn't approve.
Yeah, it is hard to get back in shape after laying off for the summer!
try some tai chi or arabic belly dance exercise videos on youtube!! go slow and easy until you can make your bod work again. yoga also is excellent for getting back into shape,
to lose weight you must get rid of the heavy cereal/grain/root veggie things in your food plan! they are what makes us so prone to gain weight!
