I'm 13, 5'0 and 101 pounds. I want to lose like 5 or more pounds fast. I exercise pretty good. I go for a walk for 40 minutes everyday in the morning, and in the afternoon. Also sometimes I workout on the elliptical for 40 minutes. I've been eating pretty good too but today and yesterday I had icecream and cookies and other junk :c I've gained 3 pounds. I used to be 98 but now I'm 101!! Can you make me a diet plan please? Please help :c and don't tell me stuff like I shouldn't lose anymore weight or anything because Im not happy with my body.
