everyone changes at some point in a way they dont like. don't freak out about it. take deep breaths. laugh about yourself, instead of making harsh mental notes. "Haha my hear looks like frankienstein" "Woah! Bug eyes! lol" because life is best lived with a smile. Sometimes a boyfriend could be a great pick me up, when other times it may be a best friend or a pet. Everyone finds confidence in different ways, but begin by looking in the mirror and only point out the good things. If you can't find any, which would be terrible because everyone has at least one amazing feature, then don't look in the mirror so much. Look at the beautiful world around you(: Go to church!!! Surround yourself with friends that support you and don't be around people or things that make you insecure. If it helps, make a list. Write a diary entry. Seek counciling. Anything to turn yourself around before its too late. Usually problems like these are temporary, which you will overcome.

You're getting older and you personality and hormones are changing. Instead of looking at this as something negative, look at is as an opportunity to learn about yourself and the world around you in a new manner. There's nothing wrong with being introspective and changing your view, but if you think it is then it will be,
