I have an HP laptop, not sure which exact one, but I got it about a year and a half ago. Basically it won't open any programs that I click on. I click google chrome, nothing happens. I click Netflix, nothing happens. There are a few things that'll work, like if I hit the menu button. But for the most part it won't open any apps, it just acts like I didn't even click on them. I've tried restarting it and all but I have the same problem. A couple weeks ago it was doing a similar thing, I'd click google chrome and it would act like nothing happened, but the web page would pull up about ten minutes later. Now though, it just doesn't do anything. I've tried clicking on the apps and I've waited up to thirty minutes and nothing happens. Please help!
