There are 2 queues. A fast track queue and the normal queue. As you have pre-booked tickets, I presume these are just normal "timed" tickets. Wait around the end of the queue (usually near the coffee/sandwich hut) and listen for them calling your time. This is usually 30 minutes before the time on your ticket. Join the queue. They will check that you are not queuing too early while you are in the queue and then again when you get to the eye. It will become clear when you get there.
Philip is correct - just join the pre booked queue about 10-15 mins before the time on your ticket.
As for getting there: take the tube to Westminster station, when you come out of the station you will see the Houses of Parliament ahead of you and the Eye just the other side of the river. Simply walk over the bridge and you are there - about 3 mins walk from the station.
Good luck.
