I got a ticket back in march of 2009 the los angeles red light camera took me a picture, I went to court and they didnt want to reduce the ticket, I was unemplyed at that time therefor I did not pay it, it went to collection now my debt is almos $800 dollars, today I decided to settle a payment plan so I'm researching and all I know is that tha pay off is voluntary? I do not understand that! si If I don pay is okay?
