usually i just eat baked chicken but getting tired of it by itself and wondering what i can fix with it, im gonna start making fried chicken too because i found a recipe, but green beans is the only veggie that i like that is low carb so what else can i make with the chicken and green beans or if i choose another meat and green beans? Also is there any good snacks i can pack in my purse when im on the run on weekends in stead of home where i can cook?

You can eat low carbs, by eating chicken salads, or something meat based, which contains more proteins for dinner....
