What this tells me is that there is something different in format about the photos that are greyed out. That is, the ones you can import may be jpg but the others may be in a format (RAW??) that Picasa doesn't recognize. I think thta you can connect your iPhone to the PC and copy all the photos from the phone to a folder on the PC using Win Explorer. Then you can investigate their formats there. If they are all jpg, start up Picasa, make sure that Picasa is set to Scan that folder (Tools - Folder Manager) and see what happens. If you can't copy them with Win explorer, then it's time for Apple to help you out, IMHO.

Recheck all of your Picasa settings. someplace in the settings think ofyou've got by accident licensed them to percentage your images out of your computing gadget. examine your account settings sluggish and careful and then replace the necessary inputs as mandatory.
