I'm 18 years old and 5'3". I currently weigh about 139 lbs and I want to get my weight to 110 - 120 pounds. I have a medium bone frame and my measurements are currently 38C-29-41. So I have a pretty curvy shape, and thick legs. Well, my parents called me "obese" so I've decided to lose about 20 pounds....
I'm gonna eat about 1200 calories every day (or less..) I'll have whole grain toast and sugar-free jam for breakfast with a banana and peanut butter (only a serving) on the side. I'll have more fruit for a snack, and then for lunch I'll have a salad with a can of tuna for protein (no dressings) and for dinner I'll have a chicken breast (grilled) and salad. I'll drink one glass of green tea, one glass of skim milk and at least 8 glasses of water daily.
For workout I play DDR for 45 - 60 minutes, on the hardest level, with the speed increased 2X. The calorie trackers says I burn about 1000 calories, I always estimate it's about 400 - 500 calories. It's really intense and it's done wonders on my calves. I also do 50 squats and 60 lunges (30 on each leg) along with two different cellulite removal exercises, one of them being pilate moves.
Will this work? :(?
PS: I cannot run. My parents won't let me go outside to run.

Don't eat less than 1200, you'll mess up your metabolism :(. You should really aim for 1400ish if you're exercising regularly. Other than that, your plan sounds great, you should lose 1-2 pounds a week (that's a normal/healthy rate of weight loss.) However, don't plan to eat the same thing every day, you might get bored and give up. Try to mix up your diet a little but stick with healthy food - and allow yourself a treat once in a while, it's good to give yourself what you crave, just don't overdo it!
Good luck! :)
The quickest way to lose that much weight in 1 or 2 months will be a low carb way of eating(aka diet) such as Atkins. You will lose about 4-10+ pounds plus during induction and I'm sure that you can get close to 20 pounds in two months. The basics of the diet is simple, you don't need to buy a book. Remember less than 20 carbs a day. If you are on the road, eat one or two McDonald's double cheeseburgers with just meat and cheese and no bun for 280 cals each. You need it to be hypocaloric, look at an online calorie estimator for you size, weight and height. Then aim for that amount of calories. Although with a low carb diet you'll find you wont have to count rigorously and just use estimates. Good Luck!
Yes, that would work..but you'll never stick to it...cause no one does..I predict you'll stick with it for a week or two, see no results and go back to overeating
Sounds like a great plan if you stick to it, I am sure you will.
