- I've found both booster boxes at really great prices, so price is not a factor.
- I've already bought a Neo Destiny Booster Box and pulled three Shinings out of it (Charizard, Tyranitar, and Noctowl). As well as 9/16 possible holos. I have also completed the entire rare, uncommon, and common set.
- The only reason I would get it again would be to actually complete the set of 7 more holos (about 12 holos - including 3 Shinings per box) and to get 6/8 Shinings.... If I'm lucky. I will sell my Shining Charizard on eBay or something if I get another.
- I've never bought a Base Set 1 Booster Box. Therefore, there is no chance of getting repeat cards that are already in the binder. I know I can get duplicate rares, uncommons, and commons, though.
- I wasn't able to find a 1st edition box whose price wasn't outrageous
- Base Set Charizard, most notably, and all three starters are included (Zapdos too)
- Older cards
- A lot of Trainer rares
I'm having a tough time deciding. If it was up to you, which booster box would you buy?

makes sense to try to complete your collection before moving on to another collection
plus you already know the good pulls from your last box
maybe this time you'll be even luckier

Base Set 1. You will get to many duplicates if you already bought a Destiny Box
Base Set 1. Those cards are classic. Charizard sells for like 40.00. The old ones look the coolest.
