Portable Steam Saunas?
I'm 6'4" 200lbs , Would I even fit in one of those little things..., and does it actually get really hot and make you sweat? I see em on Ebay for like 65 dollars ..., just wonder if its worth it...

That sounds dangerous and I don't think it is going to produce the results you want.
I'm almost 46 years old, 6'5 and weigh 228Ibs, (beer-belly) I need to lose about 25Ibs.
