Hello,
I have a query regarding getting a US visa approval:
I am from India. Some years back, I had sent an email to a group of people in my company including my supervisors, indirectly satiring and making fun of many people within that group.
I was fired from that company.
Will I be denied a US non-immigrant visa on moral turpitude or other grounds because of this? Please note that I had not been convicted or charged or arrested because of this offence.
If I am denied a visa due to this reason, can I re-apply with a waiver?

no, you can't be found ineligible for moral turpitude unless you were convicted of some appropriate crime. so no, just getting fired is not grounds for that.
getting fired in the past isn't going to interest the immigration official.
What they are interested in is whether you have a job now and how many ties you have to India. Basically they do not want you to overstay your visa.
