Just laugh it off and say "you know, I get better grades than you do, what will happen if you have to come to me for a job one day about 15 years from now. Do you really think I will give it to you? Then laugh and walk away. They will say something like "I would rather starve" or any other kind of sarcastic remark but Bill Gates said he had people who used to bully him (including teachers) apply for jobs with his company. He didn't say if he gave them jobs but if I was him it would be hard not to say "remember how you used to pick on me when we were kids and I said I would remember, well....I do so please show yourself to the door"
