honestly, its like a turn on for guys. i would know lol. but like, it also depends on the size/shape of the girl, dress style, etc. i would say that most guys will check out a lot of girls, especially college guys since they are looking for a one night stand (sorry to say, i know lots of guys like that). but ya, guys do like to check out girls that show a little something lol.
