I did 4 years in the Navy, honorable discharge, master at arms.
I am an accounting student and making a resume for an internship.
I have found guides on how to make military resumes, and how to make internship resumes, but not internship resumes for veterans.
Should I just include the important military items on my resume, and below it put my GPA and other internship resume items?
In other words, does anyone have any tips for an INTERN RESUME FOR VETERANS or guides to follow?
Thanks.

Unless what you did in the Navy directly applies to the type of job you are applying for, ie accounting. The only thing you should do is list your time in the Military and list some of the important awards.
That's all I did. However, I also had alot of other experience to list as well.
How you list your work history/experience will not change. It is the same. A resume for an internship is the same as a resume for a full time job.
