got a question. with clothes on.. i seem just as average as everyone else. my arms are ripped... i have been working on them for about 5 years... (i'm 17)
but i have some belly fat and chest fat.. if you even want to call it that...
well, how do i get rid of it? i exercise daily and i eat healthy... when i say healthy i don't mean like a health freak or anything, but junk food isn't a part of my diet.
i play sports... have a girlfriend...
basically, i'm not a bum that sits on the couch all day.
i've had this belly and chest fat for many years now, and it's come time for me to get rid of it. please help!
if you can set me up with an exercise/diet plan i'd really appreciate it.
