just keep it simple, black men dont find black women as attractive as white women. other races find their women attractive, blk ppl will try and justify it but we all know the truth. Also blk women are usually very angry ppl/ghetto and not very femanine.

One thing that is worldwide is that the media has and continues to glamorize white women as the "Icon of beauty in the world".

Let's be honest..Most commercials with Loreal, Maybelline,etc.etc. are flooded with White women on TV. Yes, you have a few black and other nationality sprinkled every now and again.. But truly look at most of TV, most movies, mostly magazines are predominantly white. Yes, you have some predominantly black magazines, 2 TV channels,etc. These were only implemented because there are not many things in the media that truly represent black people and beauty. The only times you see black people on TV, it's more than likely in a negative fashion.

There have been some positive showings of black in the media, but I digress.....

Some of the reasons :

1.) Some black men are self-hating( meaning the ones that speak negatively of black women, especially when his mum and sister's are black)

2.) Some may be genuinely attracted to white women due to the color-contrast and some have closely related qualities that they see in one another-that's when they marry( in some cases)

3.) Some are for sexual reasons (sorry to put it out there-myths and other nonsense..yes some may marry, but the marriage crumbles pretty fast..)

4.) Some black men just can't handle a black women.. Some black men are weak-minded and are chumps.. Notice I said some... Those are the ones that want a docile women (not just a respectable submissive), want to control and manipulate women and an emotional doormat...Some white women fit the bill for that.. **Some**

5.) Some black men are "color-struck" and have fell into the propaganda that "White is Right" and that black women, no matter how diverse her skin-shade is, that it's just not good enough...Some want their kids to be "light-skinned" and other nonsenses that black folks have been conditioned to believe resulting from slavery and generational nonsense.. Sad, but true...

Black women are some of the most beautiful women in the world. African heritage is scattered all around the world resulting from the slave trade-diaspora.. The beauty of our womenly figures, our Naturally full lips, shape of our eyes, bums that alot of people have to get paddings and surgery to acquire, bossoms, etc.etc. I could go on and on..

The media plays alot into the fallacy and myth "ALL BLACK WOMEN ARE ANGRY AND ARGUMENTATIVE"...Nonsense! **It's merely a perpetuated stereotype that the media has succeeded to spread around the world**

First off, I agree that there are some 'angry black women".. Usually the ones that fit the stereotype are underprivileged, broken for whatever reason, and just seek attention..

Are there not those kind of folks in other races and ethnicities??.. Anyways, I's say it's probably 40% of the angry black women in black women population, then as portrayed on TV. The other 60% are laid back and level-headed until crossed the wrong way (In other words 60% have class, with sass).. Black people are naturally passionate and expressive,YES..... but not rambunctious!......Ths myth is poisoning people minds and the black women that allows themselves to go on TV and some are told to act a certain way on REALITY TV and other nonsense shows...Others are just shameless, but some need the money to change their situation..So they don't feel it's too much loss.. The TV isn't always an accurate mirror..The TV can present delusions and create illusions..... I'm rambling now...i hope this helps...=)

I think black men should be ashamed that they are downsizing there own race, I'm latino and I love my Latino women as well as white women. I would treat them equally, if anything a lot of white women are shallow or superfisical and that makes me pick Latino women more, since a lot of white women are interested in what the other person has and if a black man didn't make that $100,000 a year or lost it, lets see how long they last....

that is the exact same thing that I've been wondering. maybe some black guys are just more attracted to white women, or they think that black women are too "ghetto" or something because that's what I've heard, But some black women are beautiful and educated and they deserve a good black man.

its because way back after slavery and when black men could date white women without getting killed by other white men they dated white women alot because they had been dating black women 4 so long they literaly wanted to try dating diffrent women and for a while not many black women were dating black men. kinda carried over into todays society.

Well that is a tough question. Love comes in ALL colors. You have some men that date out of their race because of the wrong reasons or past experiences. I know some black men that will NOT date outside of their race. Motives are different...but that's another can of worms...=)

I think maybe it's just their preference. They wanted something they thought they couldn't have. Black women are beautiful. We come in all different shades.:)
